Our cancellation, reschedule and no show policy requires notice at least four days prior to your arrival date to avoid a $79 fee. This fee will automatically be charged 96 hours prior to check in (10:00am) of the arrival date. This cancellation fee is non refundable. Rate is for four people over the age of 13, additional occupants are subject to a fee of $3.00 per person per night. Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee a site.

State of Emergency / Hurricane Policy for Cancellation: Any cancellation that the original check in date is the same date that the State of Emergency for South Carolina Beaufort County is put into effect the cancellation fee will be refunded.

Example, one is due to check in on 10/01/2018 and the state of emergency is issued on the same date or any date prior that encompasses that date the refund will be issued. However if one is due to check in on 10/01/2019 and the State of Emergency is not put into effect until 10/02/2019 the cancellation fee will stand.

If a cancellation is given at any time when the State of Emergency is already in effect no cancellation fee will be charged.
